A 12-month transformation experience for teenagers and their families in high-risk situations. Remembrance Rance is a faith-based, non-denominational, therapeutic program for teenagers struggling at home and/or at school. Using the natural setting and a therapeutic approach, their goal is to bring teens into reconciled relationships with God, family, and community through Jesus Christ.
A ministry created to serve the students at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Moriah serves all students, with a special focus on students with little to no church background. The mission of Moriah is for all students to have the opportunity to know who they are in Christ.
Keys for Kids is igniting a passion for Christ in children, teens and families worldwide! Keys for Kids provides daily devotions for kids and teens, Keys for Kids Radio, Keys for Kids Chinese and other parts of their international ministry. Kids, teens and families NEED Jesus. Located at the west end of the Life Stream building, Ripple Effect is a resale shop that is much MORE than a resale shop! Since they began 8 years ago, Ripple Effect has donated more than $300,000 to local and global missions. From supporting sustainable farming in Asia to building wells for clean water in Central America, the “ripple effect” has been felt around the world.
The Food Pantry is part of our partnership with Ripple Effect and serves over 100 people a month with emergency food assistance. We rely on donations to keep our pantry stocked, and we’d love to have you help us out in that effort! If you’d like to donate, you can bring items into Ripple Effect or to Life Stream Church. Reach the Forgotten Ministries - Reach the Forgotten believes in the redemption and restoration of inmates through Jesus Christ. As the largest jail-focused ministry in the U.S., they empower chaplains and volunteers to share hope and salvation with the “forgotten” women and men incarcerated in Michigan’s county jails including the Ottawa County Jail. Hope For Tela in Honduras comes alongside local churches and pastors to assist them in being the hands and feet of Jesus. They serve churches of all denominations who see Jesus as Lord and who seek to live out biblical truths, whether it be Baptist, Church or God, Mennonite or Christian churches. Their key goals are to train, empower and restore. They seek to support them in reaching the people of Honduras with the good news, whether it be assisting in construction, supplies, training, health care, and or education. Love Inspired Outreach (LIO) demonstrates the love of God by providing the Word of God, water wells, and wellness support to communities in Kenya. They seek to encourage people to trust Jesus Christ as their savior and to empower believers to live fulfilled lives.Since 2007, God has worked through Love Inspired Outreach to provide clean water to 10 villages (nearly 29,000 Kenyans in total) and they have witnessed over 15,000 decisions for Christ! For children, elementary years are critical for their development, as they form values, establish self-esteem, and acquire academic skills. Often this includes having support, encouragement, and one-on-one attention.
Through a Kids Hope USA mentoring program, students develop transformative relationships with an additional caring and consistent adult, empowering them to thrive.
We connect Christian churches with the neighborhood elementary and middle schools to operate a proven and established school-based mentoring program. Through intentional training and support, churches mobilize volunteer mentors into schools to meet with students once a week and develop a one-on-one mentoring relationship.
